DP Global Wealth Management LLP Acquires 2.45% Stake in AMPL Capital

DP Global Wealth Management LLP, along with its Person Acting in Concert (PAC) Mr. Vikas Kataria, has acquired 15,08,810 equity shares in AMPL Capital Limited (formerly Credent Global Finance Ltd). This acquisition represents a 2.45% stake. Following this transaction, their total holding in AMPL Capital has increased to 55,05,818 equity shares, constituting 8.96% of the company's total paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made through the open market on June 25, 2026. The total paid-up equity share capital of AMPL Capital is Rs. 12,29,22,460, comprising 6,14,61,230 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each.
