Orchid Pharma Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Orchid Pharma Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter of the Financial Year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will commence on July 01, 2026, and will remain open until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited limited reviewed financial results for the said quarter. All designated persons and those possessing Unpublished Price Sensitive Information are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
