Organic Recycling Allots 51.99 Lakh Bonus Shares

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd announced the allotment of 51,99,630 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This allotment is in the ratio of 1 new share for every 2 existing shares, based on the record date of August 20, 2026. Fractional shares were ignored. The bonus issue increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 10,39,92,750 to Rs. 15,59,89,050. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares. The Bonus Allotment Committee approved this at a meeting held on August 21, 2026.
