Orient Bell Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 19, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider and recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on the same date.
