Orient Electric Appoints Head - Internal Audit & Senior Management

Orient Electric Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Deepankar Bhattacharjee as the Head of Internal Audit and designated him as Senior Management Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors via a resolution passed by circulation on September 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Bhattacharjee is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, having previously held senior roles at Indus Towers Limited, Schneider Electric, Apollo Tyres, and Deloitte.
