ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed the sale of 45,34,624 shares, representing a net disposal of 2.13% of the paid-up capital in Orient Electric Ltd. This transaction occurred between July 31, 2023, and August 4, 2026. Following the sale, the fund's holding in Orient Electric has reduced to 4.16% (89,23,180 shares).
