Orkla India Ltd: Board Reconstitutes Nomination & Stakeholders Committees

Orkla India Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). This change follows the resignation of Mr. Atle Vidar Nagel Johansen as Chairman & Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director and the appointment of Ms. Maria Syse-Nybraaten as Chairperson of the Board. The revised committee compositions are effective from October 26, 2026.
