Orkla India Re-appoints Deloitte as Internal Auditor for FY27

Orkla India Limited has re-appointed M/s. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 19, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the Statutory Auditors, M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP.
