Oswal Agro Mills Appoints BGMG & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Oswal Agro Mills Limited announced the appointment of M/s BGMG & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, approved this appointment. BGMG & Associates will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also recommended their appointment for a subsequent term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 46th AGM until the 51st AGM in 2031. The company also announced the date for its 46th AGM as September 29, 2026, to be held via video conferencing, with the register of members closed from September 22 to September 29, 2026.
