Oswal Greentech Appoints BGMG & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Oswal Greentech Limited announced the appointment of BGMG & Associates (Chartered Accountants) as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP. BGMG & Associates will serve until the conclusion of the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also recommended their appointment for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 44th AGM until the 49th AGM in 2031. The company also approved the Directors Report, draft AGM notice, and set the 44th AGM date for September 29, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM.
