Oswal Leasing Auditors Resign; New Firm Appointed

Oswal Leasing Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s V. V. Bhalla & Co. The auditors cited their inability to continue in the role. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s K R Aggarwal & Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, Dr. Roshan Lal Behl and Dr. Manisha Gupta were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of five years.
