Oswal Pumps Wins 63 MW Rooftop Solar Projects in Bihar

Oswal Pumps Ltd has secured three Letters of Award (LOAs) from North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) and South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) for setting up 63 MW of Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Projects in Bihar under the PM Surya Ghar - Muft Bijli Yojana. The projects, located across Motihari, Saharsa, and Ara circles, have an aggregate installation order value of approximately ₹247 Crore. Additionally, the company anticipates a long-term revenue potential of approximately ₹257 Crore over a 10-year horizon from energy supply under the RESCO model. The scope includes design, engineering, installation, commissioning, financing, and 10 years of operations and maintenance, with projects to be commissioned within 9 months of PPA execution. This marks a strategic diversification for Oswal Pumps into the distributed rooftop solar segment.
