Pajson Agro Appoints S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co LLP as Statutory Auditor

Pajson Agro India Limited has appointed M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP as its new Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy. The appointment was approved by the company's members via a resolution passed on July 16, 2026. This change follows the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s P.K. Maheshwari & Co.
