Paras Defence Signs IP License for Counter-Drone Tech

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has entered into an Intellectual Property (IP) License Agreement with Tandem Defense LLC, a subsidiary of Autonomous Power Corporation. This agreement grants Paras an exclusive license to manufacture and commercialize the Guardian-1 Interceptor Technology within India. The Guardian-1 is a high-speed, battery-powered counter-drone system designed to combat low-cost aerial threats. The agreement is for a term of twelve months, renewable by mutual consent. Paras has no shareholding in Tandem Defense LLC, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
