Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 51% equity stake in Vedshree Food Industries Private Limited. This acquisition is a related party transaction as Mr. Anupam Chouksey is a Director on the Board of both companies, and Mr. Anupam Chouksey, Mr. Jai Narayan Chouksey and Ananjay Contruction and contracts private limited hold equity shares in both companies. The acquisition aligns with Parvati Sweetners' strategy to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector, specifically in Compressed Bio Gas (CBG).
