Petronet LNG Ltd has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The remote e-voting period will commence on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and conclude on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for voting is Monday, September 21, 2026. The company also confirmed the record date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26 as Friday, June 12, 2026. The proposed final dividend is ₹3.00 per equity share, subject to declaration at the AGM and applicable TDS.
