Petronet LNG Board Meeting on Nov 2 to Consider Interim Dividend

Petronet LNG Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for November 2, 2026. The meeting will inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will remain closed until November 4, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code.
