Petronet LNG Files Writ Petition Against GST Show Cause Notice

The SCN pertains to GST on 'Use or Pay Charges' and proposes a recovery of ₹3283.72 crore, including ₹3262.61 crore for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24, and ₹21.11 crore for FY 2024-25, along with applicable interest and penalties. The company believes the levied GST, interest, and penalties are unjustified and anticipates no material impact on its financials or operations.
