PFL Infotech Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Standalone Results

PFL Infotech Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Parma Nand Chand as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Pavuluri & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, and M/s. Bhavani & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY27. The 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2026, with the Register of Members closed from September 21-25, 2026.
