PG Electroplast Appoints B S R & Co. LLP as New Statutory Auditor

PG Electroplast Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The existing auditors, M/s. S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, will complete their tenure at the conclusion of the AGM. The company also noted the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for its wholly-owned subsidiary, PG Technoplast Private Limited, to align auditing practices. The record date for dividend eligibility and voting on AGM resolutions is September 18, 2026.
