PG Electroplast Sets Sept 18 Record Date for Dividend

PG Electroplast Limited has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, has set Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company also noted the completion of tenure for its current statutory auditors, M/s. S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, and recommended the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditors for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The 24th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
