Plaza Wires Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

Plaza Wires Ltd has appointed M/s BARS & CO. as internal auditors and M/s Deepak Mittal & Co. as cost auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. M/s BARS & CO., Chartered Accountants, will serve as internal auditors from May 29, 2026, to March 31, 2027. M/s Deepak Mittal & Co., Cost Accountants, will serve as cost auditors for FY 2026-27.
