PNC Infratech Approves FY26 Audited Results & ₹0.60 Dividend

PNC Infratech Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share (30%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s Sudhir Kumar Jain & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s Gaurav Jain & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY27, subject to ratification of remuneration at the AGM. Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, Managing Director, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
