PNC Infratech Approves FY26 Audited Results & ₹0.60 Dividend

PNC Infratech Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed IWs Sudhir Kumar Jain & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s Gaurav Jain & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, Managing Director, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Annual Report for F.Y.2025-26 was also approved.
