Polymac Thermoformers Appoints A.K. Pathak & Co. as Internal Auditor

Polymac Thermoformers Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Abhay Kumar Pathak, Proprietor of A.K. Pathak & Co., Practicing Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on September 2, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. Mr. Pathak is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has expertise in finance, accounts, and taxation. He is not related to any director of the company.
