Ramco Cements Appoints K. Venkatesh as Internal Auditor

The Board of Directors of The Ramco Cements Limited, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. K. Venkatesh, a Chartered Accountant, as the Internal Auditor of the company. The appointment is effective from November 5, 2026. Mr. Venkatesh, aged 48, is a qualified B.Com, A.C.A., and AC.M.A., with additional certificate courses in IFRS, CSR Professional, and Applied Finance from IIM Kolkata. He brings approximately 22 years of experience in accounts, audit, and finance, and has been associated with the company since 2006.
