Priti Sunil Panchmatiya has disclosed the sale of 40,000 equity shares of Poojawestern Metaliks Limited on June 11, 2026, through a market sale transaction. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following this sale, the total shareholding of Priti Sunil Panchmatiya and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) in the company has reduced to 60.43% from 60.82%. The sale was conducted via the open market.
