POWERGRID InvIT Announces Postal Ballot and Remote E-voting

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has announced a material issue disclosure concerning its upcoming Postal Ballot and remote e-voting process. The company has published newspaper advertisements detailing the notice of the postal ballot and information for remote e-voting. This process is being conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Members can cast their votes electronically via the NSDL platform from August 24, 2026, 09:00 AM IST to August 26, 2026, 05:00 PM IST. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is August 20, 2025. Members who have voted remotely will not be permitted to vote at the meeting, though they can still attend.
