POWERGRID InvIT Board Meeting July 28 for Q1 FY27 Results & Distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) announced that its Investment Manager, POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, will hold a Board of Directors meeting on July 28, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, following a limited review by statutory auditors. Additionally, the board will decide on the declaration of a distribution to unitholders for the same quarter. The Record Date for this distribution, if approved, is set for July 31, 2026. The trading window for PGInvIT units, closed since June 30, 2026, will reopen on July 31, 2026.
