POWERGRID InvIT Sets Record Date for FY27 Distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has announced the record date for its distribution for the 3rd quarter of FY 2026-27 as July 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, through its Investment Manager POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A distribution of ₹3.00 per unit has been declared, comprising interest, taxable and exempt dividends, repayment of capital (SPV Debt), and treasury income. The payment is scheduled for on or before August 7, 2026. Additionally, M/s. IndiaAppraisers.com Pvt. Ltd has been appointed as the Valuer for PGInvIT for FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28, subject to unitholder approval.
