POWERGRID InvIT Sets Record Date for FY27 Distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has announced that the record date for its third distribution for FY 2026-27 will be July 31, 2026. This follows a Board of Directors meeting of its Investment Manager, POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, scheduled for July 28, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and potentially declare a distribution to unitholders. The trading window for PGInvIT units will reopen on July 31, 2026, after being closed for designated persons since June 30, 2026.
