POWERGRID InvIT Holds Fifth Annual Meeting

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) conducted its Fifth Annual Meeting on July 28, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting was attended by directors of the Investment Manager, key managerial personnel, and representatives from the Trustee, Sponsor, Statutory Auditors, and Scrutinizer. A total of 27 Unitholders, representing 13,66,99,660 units, participated. The proceedings included the presentation and reading of the Statutory Auditors' reports on the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Remote e-voting facilities were provided prior to the meeting, with an additional e-voting system available during the meeting.
