POWERGRID InvIT Seeks Unitholder Approval for Valuer Appointment

Ltd (IAPL) as the independent valuer for FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28. The proposed resolution outlines the remuneration structure for IAPL, which includes fees for full valuations per SPV, new asset acquisitions, and half-yearly/quarterly valuations.
