Powerica Ltd: Pradeep Gupta re-appointed Whole-time Director

Powerica Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as a Whole-time Director for a further term of three consecutive years, effective April 1, 2027. The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Renu Naresh Oberoi as Whole-time Director and Mr. Udaya Jena and Mr. Sunil Lobo as Independent Directors. Additionally, Mr. Maheswar Sahu was appointed as an Additional Director. The meeting also covered the approval of unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, utilization of IPO funds, and the appointment of secretarial and cost auditors.
