Powerica Ltd: Renu Oberoi Re-appointed Whole-time Director

Powerica Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Ms. Renu Oberoi as a Whole-time Director for a further term of three years, effective April 1, 2027. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as a Whole-time Director and Mr. Udaya Jena and Mr. Sunil Lobo as Independent Directors for extended terms. Additionally, Mr. Maheswar Sahu was appointed as an Additional Director. The company also approved the appointment of new Secretarial and Cost Auditors and the incorporation of two wholly-owned subsidiaries. Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were also considered.
