Powerica Ltd Re-appoints Udaya Jena as Independent Director

Powerica Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Udaya Jena as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective June 24, 2027. The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Renu Naresh Oberoi and Mr. Pradeep Gupta as Whole-time Directors, and Mr. Sunil Lobo as an Independent Director. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of Mr. Maheswar Sahu as an Additional Director, and the appointment of new Secretarial and Cost Auditors. The meeting also reviewed unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the statement of deviation regarding IPO fund utilization.
