Prag Bosimi Appoints New Chairman & Nominee Director

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Megha Nidhi Dahal, IAS, as the new Chairman and Nominee Director, effective August 10, 2026. This change is made in place of Shri Hivare Nisarg Gautam, as per the direction of the Government of Assam.
