Praxis Home Retail Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Mahesh M. as an Additional Independent Director to its Board of Directors. This appointment, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved via circular resolution, is effective from July 03, 2026, for a term of five years, concluding on July 02, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Mahesh M. brings approximately 33 years of experience in project and product-led businesses, with expertise in category development, brand alliances, business creation, and turnaround assignments. His background includes leadership roles at HomeTown, Style Spa Furniture, and BP Ergo/VIP Industries, and he holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing). He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
