Hitesh Kothari Group Acquires 33.16% Stake in Premier Capital Services

Hitesh Kothari, along with M/s Hitesh Kothari HUF and M/s Hargo Enterprises Private Limited, collectively known as the Acquirer Group, has acquired an aggregate of 1,22,89,780 equity shares in Premier Capital Services Limited. This acquisition represents 33.16% of the company's total share capital and voting capital. The shares were acquired on September 15, 2026, through an Open Offer made to M/s Pumarth Infrastructure Private Limited, which belongs to the Promoter and Promoter Group of Premier Capital Services. The total value of the acquisition is ₹3,70,60,920. Following this acquisition, the Acquirer Group is now considered part of the Promoter/Promoter Group of the company.
