Corporate Professionals Capital Private Limited, acting as Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Letter of Offer for an open offer to the shareholders of Ramgopal Polytex Ltd. Mr. Pravin Kumar Shishodiya and Mr. Punit Shishodiya (Acquirers) are offering to acquire up to 37,70,000 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the target company's equity share capital.
