Premier Energies Inaugurates 5.6 GW Solar Module Facility, Plans BESS & Frames Plants

Premier Energies Limited has inaugurated its new 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Seetharampur, Telangana. The company also performed a groundbreaking ceremony for a 6 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility and an 18,000 MT per annum aluminium frames facility at the same campus. This expansion increases Premier Energies' module manufacturing capacity to 11.1 GW and marks its entry into allied clean-energy segments. The new facility features advanced technology, including India's first Zero Bus Bar unit and AI-powered quality inspection. The BESS and aluminium frames plants are expected to strengthen the supply chain and contribute to India's self-reliant clean-energy ecosystem. The Seetharampur campus is projected to create over 3000 jobs.
