Premier Energies Secures ₹3,011 Cr Orders in Q1 FY27

Premier Energies Limited announced securing new orders worth ₹3,011 crore during the first quarter of FY 2027 (April-June). These orders encompass the supply of 1,846 MW of solar cells and modules, with deliveries scheduled across FY 2027 and FY 2028. The contracts were awarded by a diverse group of clients including power producers, module manufacturers, and EPC companies. This significant order inflow aligns with the company's growth strategy and ongoing expansion of its manufacturing capacities, which include a recent doubling of module manufacturing capacity to 11.1 GW and an anticipated increase in solar cell manufacturing capacity to 10.6 GW by September 2026. The company highlighted the importance of government policies like ALMM-2 for domestic manufacturing.
