Premier Energy and Infrastructure Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. C Parvathi Nagaraj as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) with immediate effect. The appointment was approved at a Board meeting held on January 07, 2026. Ms. Nagaraj, an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India, brings around 30 years of experience in Corporate Law Compliance, Taxation and Finance. She is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
