Premier Ltd Schedules 80th AGM Amidst CIRP

Premier Ltd has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in January 2021. The AGM will be convened by the Resolution Professional, Ms. Kanak Jani, to discharge limited powers of the Board of Directors as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Key agenda items include adopting the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointing a director who retires by rotation. The tenure of directors remains subject to the approved Resolution Plan.
