Premier Ltd schedules 80th AGM on Sep 30, 2026 amid CIRP

Premier Ltd has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in January 2021. Ms. Kanak Jani, appointed as Resolution Professional (RP), will convene the meeting to discharge limited powers of the Board of Directors as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
