Premier Ltd schedules 80th AGM on Sep 30, 2026 amid CIRP

Premier Ltd has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST via video conferencing. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on January 29, 2021.
