Prevest Denpro Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Prevest Denpro Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Piyush Kiranprakash Gupta and Mr. Abhijeet Sadashiv Haridas as Additional Directors, serving as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The Board of Directors approved these appointments via a circular resolution on April 22, 2026. Both directors are appointed for a term of five years, effective from April 22, 2026, and are not liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Gupta is a specialist in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, an Assistant Professor, and a practicing Micro-Endodontist. Mr. Haridas also holds an MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics and has experience as an Associate Dentist and in academics. The company confirmed that neither appointee is related to any existing directors, key managerial personnel, or promoters, and neither is debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.
