Pricol Appoints Madhura Mohan as Executive Director

Pricol Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Madhura Mohan as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, designated as "Executive Director," effective May 14, 2026. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same date. Additionally, Mr. Vikram Mohan was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Siddharth Manoharan was appointed as Group Executive Director. The board also approved re-appointment of Cost Auditor and additional Corporate Guarantee of ₹150 Crores for Pricol Precision Products Private Limited.
