Pricol Ltd to provide ₹150 Cr additional Corporate Guarantee

Pricol Limited has informed the exchange about providing an additional corporate guarantee to Pricol Precision Products Private Limited. The Board of Directors approved an additional corporate guarantee of up to ₹150 Crores for credit facilities to be obtained by Pricol Precision Products Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in addition to the existing guarantee of ₹250 Crores. The board also approved the re-appointment of Cost Auditor Mr.G.Sivagurunathan for FY 2026-27.
