Pricol Appoints Siddharth Manoharan as Group Executive Director

Pricol Limited has appointed Mr. Siddharth Manoharan as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director with the designation of "Group Executive Director", effective May 14, 2026. This appointment was made based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will be placed for shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vikram Mohan as Chairman and Ms. Madhura Mohan as Executive Director, and accepted the resignation of Mrs. Vanitha Mohan as Chairman.
